Thanks Qsec , the seller, for making this good quality multi kadai. Thanks Silkrute for timely delivery and good quality service. It is exactly as shown in demo image. Feels good quality, not yet used.It is stainless steel , multi kadai big size in width , with different plates, 2 idli plates ( note: no holes in idli plates where we put batter as compared to other idli maker utensils idli plates which generally do have holes), 2 dhokla plates, 1 mini idli plate and 1 steamer plate.The most important thing why I bought this is because the handles made on all plates , each plate , to lift up plates , are made of steel (and not plastic ) which is healthy and good. Although the knob on outer lid , to lift the kadai lid , of this multi kadai is made of plastic , it's outside so not very harmful. One can make idlis, dhoklas or just steam vegetables, ukadiche modak and eat.Go ahead and buy.

Steamer vessel is good. Problem with plates inside. Only one. plate at a time can b placed because if second plate is also placed them the idli cooked from the bottom will touch the top plate will form bad shape idlis due to lack of height space. The plates handle is too hot to lift. A silicon handle could have been used. Waste of time in cooking. Only plate be it idli plate or dhokla plate. Pls improve on these two. Overall it's 2/5. Bcoz the steamer is only good.

I have just one feedback: In the picture it shows the knob as 'Stainless steel', but in real it is a 'Plastic knob' which is not sturdy. Mine got broken once the lid felt down, I had to stick it back with adhesive (fevi quick). The knob's quality can be improved further to match with the quality of the entire set which is satisfactory. Plus point: The kadai is very spacious and sturdy for cooking almost all kind of Indian curries.
