Better to use triplay pan than any other toxic pan . First apply oil on pan and then u can do cooking. Between cooking u can put little oil if u feel it sticking. You can not compare triply with non stick pan. May be non stick pan easy to use but it use can causes cancer which non stick utensil co will not agree. I am using this I am cooking in this . It not sticking any food but patience is needed in cooking like this toxic free pan. Butterfly product are excellent and budget friendly. Go for it . I also tried Butterfly other products.
