Superb build quality. Nice design. Works on induction cooktop too. The granite coating is really nice and has 2 year warranty. Sizes in the set are well thought and come in handy. Just a point to be careful about is the colour before ordering.

Product wise it is good. But as the size doesn't fit my need, i tried to return it the very immediate day it reached my home. But there was no one who is coming to pick up the order. I cancelled return and recancelled to see if someone else might come for pickup, again no one showed up. If there is no return on this product, the same should have been mentioned in the details, i would have not risked buying it online. Really not happy with this buy and will surely raise this as an issue with Amazon

Delivery was good but what was received versus what was displayed on the app were different. One item in this 5 piece package was different to what is showing on the app. Trusting amazon customer service, I provided all pictures and explanation asking for a replacement. Apparently the service is no longer good as it used to be. Took me 2 hours to reach to the escalation team, further 1 hour for someone to acknowledge, and finally coming back with the statement that it can’t be replaced as per them everything is alright. For last 3 days I have trying to reach to customer service to act on it but there is no service.Really it leaves me thinking what happened to the customer service as it wasn’t so carefree until some time back
