The pan was bent from one side due to which the lid wasn't closing well. This could be due to packaging and handling. I have asked for a replacement let's see how that goes. Otherwise wonderchef is a good brand I have other kitchen wear from this brand and it is quite promising

I'm reviewing this after a month of regular use. I've used the Tawa and the fry pan a lot as compared to the wok. Here's my opinion... The non-stick is just ok, for the price you pay, it's not worth it. The coating gets duller even if you cook it on low -medium flame. I'm not going to use it on induction cooktop, as I'm sure it's not going to be able to withstand the heat and loose the coating sooner. The coating looses bluish color into foods even after a couple of weeks of usage. (try sautéing paneer for a couple of extra mins , you'll see) A lot of reviews suggested that the handles after being fitted felt loose. I had the same issue but then I saw that it has 2 different kinds of screws, the screws provided have a tad difference in lengths. The screws which are smaller need to be put in the handles. The issue that I faced was there was no washer size for the lid screw bolt. Takes at least 15-20 mins to segregate and assemble all of this. I would rather pay this much for a product manufactered in India rather than China. The tag itself is repulsive and feels cheap and not value for money.

I personally recommend Wonderchef products as it gets endorsed by world's renowned chef Sanjiv Kapoor too. Beside of endorsement it is genuinely a high quality product. Your food doesn't stick and you get tasty food using very low oil that's just required to cook food with spices. Durable in quality, easy to clean the product is. I have recommended it to many of my friends and relatives. If you are looking for a good quality nonstick pan range at an attractive price, then it's good to go with it.
