I purchased this for my school going son to give him non-plastic and hot food container.While this product keeps food hot for a reasonable amount of time, I experience both benefits and disadvantages with this product.The product as promised, keeps the food hot, has an overall bag to carry the casserole and the lunch boxes within. The casserole body is of good sturdy insulated material, the lid of the casserole is a good grade plastic still. The casserole comes with 4 small lunch boxes with a carriage clam for them. 2 Spoons can fit into the outer bag conveniently.The casserole material is a little too heavy for school going children particularly when they have a load of books on the back and a heavy lunch bag like this. The Casserole box is much heavier than a standard school lunch box of 4 box carriage is. The carriage clamp is very weak and the clamp handles come out of the base everyday. The carriage clamp needs to be reassembled everyday and makes the lunch packing time very difficult when in particular you plan to pack 4 boxes in 3-4 minutes of time. The lunch boxes are small and I feel they cannot hold food as much as growing child can eat. However, I was able to pack 3 rotis of medium size into these small containers. These containers are not suitable for carrying any item that have a liquid within. The food leaks into the casserole and this puts a strain back on early morning cooking of making non-leaking food for lunch. The boxes cannot hold 4 medium sized idlis, you need to use 2 containers for 4 idlis. However, the food remains hot till afternoon. So there is a tradeoff to hot food and the disadvantageous features. The length of the handle for the casserole is way too long too. Overall I'm not very happy about this product as a lunch box for a school child

Material quality good. But the containers are not tight. Of course the SS continers of this type cannot be tightly closed. But the container holder is also loose. It should have been sturdy and sgould be able to hold the comtainers tigjtly. Moreover after placing the container set inside the insulated vessel, it should be tight and unshakeable. But it is easily shakeable. Because of this, liquid dishes will spill into the insulated box.Regarding performance , the food remain hot for 6 hours .If you want leak proof, then you can go for sealable container type. But all of them come with plastic lid and the plastic will get damaged after daily wash and use.

The product is not great. The case is good. The heat is retained upto two hours. However, seven semi liquid foods cannot be taken in this container. It spills over. The container handle is very fragile and not of great quality.Disappointed to see such a product from Milton!
