If food is packed in while hot, it stays hot and I am now able to enjoy a hot meal. I pack my lunch at 8.30 am in the morning and have my lunch between1.30 pm and 2 PM. The food stays hot as packed and so lunch is more enjoyable now. Would highly recommend this product

This is over hyped product sold at a high price. This absolutely does not retain heat even for an hour. Also, the lids of individual boxes are just plates which is for solid food only. If you happen to carry semi solid food including raita, it simply leaks and spills within the hotpack. You can get far better product at less than half the price of this.

It leaks - so liquid items like dal and sambar cannot be put. Also, I did not feel any difference after storing hot food for 5 hours, the food was same as i store in glass lunch boxes earlier, not "piping hot" as described. Not too happy

It's not at all a good product, though the brand is good.Not at all spill proof for the food with gravy, oils skills out from the vessel to the outside container.Inner food containers are very bad quality steel, looks very ordienary.Also it fails to keep the food hot/warm.Not recommended.

Material quality good. But the containers are not tight. Of course the SS continers of this type cannot be tightly closed. But the container holder is also loose. It should have been sturdy and sgould be able to hold the comtainers tigjtly. Moreover after placing the container set inside the insulated vessel, it should be tight and unshakeable. But it is easily shakeable. Because of this, liquid dishes will spill into the insulated box.Regarding performance , the food remain hot for 6 hours .If you want leak proof, then you can go for sealable container type. But all of them come with plastic lid and the plastic will get damaged after daily wash and use.

Hi all, material is good but weight too. Carrier is not perfect fit for my purchase.so always have leakage If we have liquid food.
