The jars if they arrive without damage are very useful and attractive too. If they wrap individual jars in bubble wrap the damage won't happen. After the initial delivery of broken jars, called Amazon support and provided the feedback but the replacement also arrived broken. Though Amazon refunded the entire process took too long and we still do not have the storage we need

I ordered it because it looked quite sturdy and usable. It was as seen in the picture provided. The lids of these jars are also extremely user friendly. I received the jars today, but unfortunately one lid they sent had a crack. It shld have been avoided. The vendors need to take a look at this. When we order on-line it works on trust. We expect perfect products to be delivered.

I think I would prefer a solid plastic or a solid metal lid. The different components of the lid came apart in a few months of use. Disappointed because I wanted this to be a long term investment

The product quality is good but I received a broken jar from the seller "Hamilton housewares". When I tried to replace the item there was no option for it. When I contacted to the Amazon customer service they adviced for return and book for a new one. But price is now Rs.998 where as I booked it at Rs.779. In such case Amazon should fix the problem by contacting to the seller for the better customer service.
