Not sure how they respond.Update : 28.7.22Singoraware replaced the faulty tin box within 4 days after the complaint, excellent service. Thanks.Update: 12.9.22The second tin cracked at the rim now. Seeking replacement. Let's see.

Very good product. The plastic lid locks on tight and hasn't cracked or tore at the edges in 3 months of usage. The main container is blemish free.

This product is not leak proof. Not suitable for office bag. Without such features, Rs. 170 for this product is not worth. This type of quality not expected from Signoraware. The weight of the product shown in description is 342 g but the actual weight of the product (steel part) is just 47 g.
