Yes. Size good enough for storing food for 2 to 3 persons. We are using it as tableware, in the Microwave and storing in the fridge.We have found the lid to be the most flexible amongst competing brands. All in all a quality product.PS. We have used it directly on the gas stove too, for heating when the power went off for long time but with extreme care - low flame and only after the bowl has been brought to room temperature and avoided using metal spoon for stirring

I've bought this item twice as my lunch box. First box costed my laptop bag as it leaked oil from my food. Then checked it by pouring water into it, and it started leaking. Since then, I always kept my box separately from my laptop bag. But otherwise, a great container. Still use it everyday.This material is brittle, courtesy of glass. Handle with care.
