They are keep degrading their quality providing a cheaper alternative product at compromised quality with the same brand name and thus hampering their brand image and coming up with poor products. I have even mailed to Dettol(RB) and request them to not degrade their quality. It seems they are in immense pressure from peers competitors and within company which think that price is a main reason for customer purchase and ignoring their loyal customers in which Dettol has invested millions of rupees spans over a long period of time. In my home I am using Dettol since my childhood and now m in late 20's. The trust is gradually going down from Dettol now. Advice to Dettol: If they want to cater to price conscious or rural customers please come up with different brand line, product name or something different insulating from the current products but keeping the Dettol name so that there is a clear distinction for customer to choose from like HUL's price conscious customer go to Wheel and quality conscious go to Surf. I am keep saying that same product same brand name but with different quality aspect because when using Dettol so many times what I felt is: ->Good quality when you purchase Dettol Handwash Jar. ->Degraded quality when you purchase refill pack. ->This is lowest quality To a customer this is like cheating because for same product customer getting different quality.

On the pacaket it is mentioned that total quantity is 750 ml. I have three no. Old detol dispenser, each of 325 ml. But it couldn't filled all three dispenser. Needs to be reviewed at company end.

Bought this 750 ml refill pouch at a bargain price. The pouch is easy to use. It has a plastic spout which can be sealed shut after refilling the hand wash container. I bought this hand wash solely for the smell - I love the scent of Dettol. (Interesting fact though, the smell is about the only common thing this hand wash has with Dettol antiseptic liquid) This is a recommended buy only if you already have plastic hand wash containers at home. If you don't, you need to buy one of those first

I use dettol handwash always since ages. The product needs no review as all of us know what it really is. What I would instead review is the price point. The package is huge and priced rightly. The pumps are reusable and do not need to be bought over and over again. Refill pouch is very useful as one can refill an existing pump over and over again. The handwash is thick and little quantity is enough to wash our hands thoroughly. This makes the handwash last for long.
