beautiful to look at but with water there is no balance which could be since the links are welded onto the flowers and dish and not a continuous chain it. The plate came off due after some uses as thr welded attachment could not take the weight.I would request the manufacturer to market this product for decoration without water. Fill it with Flowers and it will still looks pretty.
