I received the product intact, no spill, no breakage. Product is new. So no complaint about product delivery & condition. About the eyeshadow, awesome colors. Lovely nude shades. Have shown swatches here. Swatches are given in the order from the box & each color swatched 3 times. This is not deep pigmented shades, so can't expect long stay. But worth the price for neat selection of shimmery colors.

These shades are good but it isn't visible in photos. For my case it didn't stick to my skin. I think these shades are not suitable for my delicate skin. I applied a lot of it but still it wasn't visible. I really wouldn't recommend this product.
