This liner is truly magical and so beautiful. I’ve tried many blue, glittery blue, liquid liners and not one of them has the same popping and bright vibrancy like this one. It's so easy to Use just paint on a line near your lash line, wait for it to dry, and paint on another. Every single person in your life will compliment your eyes while you’re wearing this.
