I've been using it for my daughter's skin and hare care for (9+ years now). It helps boost hair growth, I've seen it. Its also light, so I apply it sometime even when when she's going out or to school, but there's no stickiness. There's a very light scent of almonds, no issue at all. There are many products in the market, but I only bought Hamdard's. If price is not an issue, I'd recommend going for it.
