This product used to be really good for heavy flow. However keeping with the trend of making the sanitary pads thinner and thinner, the absorbency of the pad has gone lesser and lesser. If you suffer from really heavy flows (example- changing sanitary napkins every 1-2 hrs or suffering from PCOS/PCOD) this is not for you. Ok for normal flow. The packaging is same but absorbency is less.
