It does it's work fight against sensitivity. But in terms of taste I love toothpaste that are minty, so there is a little disappointment.

I have tooth sensitivity issues due to usage abrasion over the years. So I use Sensodyne tooth paste now and then as it's not advisable to continuously use a sensitivity toothpaste. Best is to alternate. This one also addresses gum issues but luckily I don't have them. But it did clear up some amount of tartar, which could lead to gum issues over the years.
