PLEASE DONT BUY THIS. I bought it after reading all the amazing reviews about it which turn out to be false. Specially bought it because i experience period cramps. It does nothing i mean nothing to relieve the pain. Only has a scent which feels ayurvedic but not even 1% relief from the pain. I wasted my money. Dont buy please. Had to give this 1 star because it wouldn't accept my written review without it. Else i would give u -1
