Specially love how it does not cause any additional tangling in my hair. Though I have to admit that without pre-oiling, this shampoo does make my hair feel a little bit dry. Make sure to use the conditioner after the shampoo for sure. As far as the smoothening aspect is concerned, talking about the shampoo alone, well I am kind of under impressed. It feels like an average shampoo when used alone without the conditioner. I like it because it cleanses my hair very well. Also the fact that it does not cause extra tangles and frizz in my hair.
