I been having severe dandruff for a long time live very severe always itchy and flaky scalp i been using head and shoulders for a long time unless i shampoo daily the dandruff always comes back but my hair got thin due to regular shampoo use so i use shampoo twice a week my hair stylist recommended me this shampoo after using this i literally can't see any dandruff in my scalp on my first use just go for it don't even think about it and you'll see the results you always dreamed about also i would recommend using this once or twice a week cus it made my scalp a little dry so use it according to your need don't over use it cus it may result in hair fall I'm yet to use the shampoo for the 2nd time will update if i experience any hair loss
