I have a very oily scalp and the shampoo is not able to rinse the natural oil out. Not even in two washes. It is a lather free shampoo and has very thick consistency. It moisturises the hair well but it is definitely not for oily scalps.The mask on the other hand is really good and makes the hair soft and shiny.

I am very impressed with just one use. I have straight, extremely frizzy but otherwise soft hair. I used the shampoo and then kept the mask on for 30 minutes and I'm in love with the softness and frizz-free result. In my opinion, using it religiously would help me in the long term.

Had repeated the order of the shampoo but found my hair dry with it. The earlier bottle contents were milder and hair didn't go dry. Looking at the earlier experience, ordered the conditioner too, but sadly not happy with the product as it leaves hair to dry.
