1) the packaging is not good and there was hole in the pack 2) Couldnt place a return as i had opened the package after 5 days . The return policy applies before 5 days 3) the grey colour hairs were still grey after applying the henna ?? very disappointed after applying and keeping on hair for 3 hours continuously
