Never use it when your hairs are dry otherwise your hairs will be tangled. Use it when you are oiling your hairs or when your hairs are wet. To give your hairs some volume use it with cool temperature dryer but occasionally. Never use dryer on high temperature otherwise you're gonna be bald. Overall it's a decent product don't go for some fancy comb and waste your money. It's worth trying. Good luck for your hairs. Be happy and keep smiling ??

The build quality of the brush is good but the soft tip of the brush will eventually rupture and sharp ends will damage your scalp. I purchased it twice and the results were same. If you are looking for a durable product, this ain't it.
