Herbalhills triphala i ordered which was in a tablet form lost its potency 1 day after i opened the bottle to consume the first tablet. you can only feel Amla until the bottle is empty but not T.chebula & T.bellerica because the Air nullifies the potency of T.chebula & T.bellerica on the first day of use. NEVER BUY HERBAL SUPPLEMENT IN THE TABLET FORM !!
