Good suppliment to support collagen formation. Remember this is not collagen. This is collagen formation supportive agent. U can add this if you are taking collagen. Biotin is 30 mcg in each tab. So if u are using this for alopacia u must take one tablate twice a day. Good result if you are not smoking tobacco. Diabetic patients can also use this coz this product is zero calorie product. So i have been facing this severe hair fall since last few yrs. I showed doctors who looted me ..scared me and made me do PRP which completely changed my hair texture to curly and dry and rough.
