we ordered it for our kids who have food allergies such as wheat, dairy, nuts and found them to be very reliable with no symptoms of flare ups in my kids. i would definitely recommend it for kids with allergies, especially. Update: after couple months of regular usage we ordered additional 3 pack but recieved only 1. Seller is not even responding let alone being apologetic. This is totally unprofessional, hence rating as low as possible for being irresponsible
