You should not use anything for months and months together. It is nice product. For daily use 1-2 tabs. For thrice a week, 3 tabs work (not 1). Ultimately if we donot eat 3 to 4 big size fruits daily , then relying solely on kayam isnt a good idea. Eggs and non veg and protein shakes suck water from body, so you need to limit them.
