I purchased this one seeing 2500mg of Omega as claimed on the brand but it proved to be with 2 capsules not 1. Second the gelatine material is laxative, i.e. it might upset your stomach. Then there is vitamin D3 in it, which, if you get enough sunlight during the day, will cause insomnia, disturb your sleep cycle and as a result mental health. Although Vitamin E is a good addition to this and appreciable. But I would suggest you to go for other capsules, e.g. WOW Sciene etc.

I brought Neuherbs Fish oil capsules for my grandparents.They have been regularly consuming the capsules since a few days . The capsules taste good with no fishy burps. It will take a month or two to assess the results on general health including hypertension that my grandparents are suffering. I do have high hopes from this product. In my view, it's a good supplement for improving general health.
