Hi Kiran ," I really had the serious issue . I ordered and received the products but today I received the custom duty letter from DHL to pay a duty of 32€. My friends have also order with you guys but never faced this issue but I had to pay this which is not good . This invoice of 58€ and on top of that I paid 32€ duty ( although if u see it’s only products of not more than 1500-2000 INR. ) If I was supposed to pay that then it was not mentioned anywhere on the website. If that was the case then I would have asked my family to courier those medicines to me …that might have been cheaper. If you can help me on this and get me some refund or any solution to this then that might be helpful . Thanks Pooja Gilani Anand
