This was my first vegan protein. Was not disappointed. I have now been using it for a few days and its really helped me cut down on unnecessary snacking as it helps me with cravings between meals. Since it is unflavoured, can use it in different ways. I tried smoothies and mixed it with roties. Overall a good buy.

Soy protein is a complete protein. This MFF Soy protein isolate has neutral flavor and mixes with many common food. I use it with fruit smoothie and it gives a creamy nice texture to the smoothie. Since i am vegan, i enjoy this texture making very smoothies similar to milk shake. If you are a vegan and looking for replacement for (milk) creamy texture, this is the right product.

The powder has a metallic taste and a somewhat unpleasant smell. It doesn't mix well with water and feels like ground paper mixed with water. The chocolate flavor is very mild and it doesn't do much to mask the unpleasantness. The powder is artificially sweetened using sucralose. And this may be its only redeeming quality -- unlike many other protein powders, the sweetness is correctly balanced. But because of the overall taste and smell, I wouldn't buy this product again.
