People say whey protein is just a dietary supplement but this product helps me pump when I use it after a gap or just when I switched to it again.i don't have any side effects from this product I use have gas problems when I use flavoured whey protein and is the main reason I switched to raw whey.i find this same as any good quality all American whey which I use before.belive me I find it better than them may be some people say that a only a whey protein shouldn't give you results like this one gives me.if some one it considering "as it is" raw whey instead both as good product but this one is little better in terms of tase and results

As beginner, using protein powder first time, I think it's convenient to just mix it and drink it. I don't always have time for preparing protein rich meals and I think it's costly too. But otherwise I feel my body has not adjusted to it. I feel bloated sometimes even though I do strength training on regular basis. The taste is not bad. It's very bland. Sometimes I mix cocoa powder to add flavour. I like that it's not sweet.

Looking at flovor , it isn't as good as a should be but keep in ming your not entertaining your body but your fueling your muscles. So taste and flavor doesn't matter at all. Price range is very handsome especially if you run out of cash at the month's end as do I. For beginners , i would advise rather getting down to this one , you should first try for beginner's protein for a couole of months and thenafter can switch on to it . But it's completely on your's discreation. So, overall this is good . Try and review yourself.

Disadvantages
There was some brown color trash particles in the whey in last 5-6 scoops so I have to throw it in a bust bean. The tase and smell is also not that good. Avoid such poor standerd brand.
