Packaging and taste is great however I doubt the quality of the product. I have been using Scivation BCAA and my muscle soreness and recovery after HIIT with weights was well regulated. I switched to this as I thought I will buy something Indian and also their formula was good on paper. However, this didn’t help in any recovery. So, I would have loved to switch to an Indian brand but I think they have a long way to go as far as quality is concerned!
