It's very nice product, But if you are beginner take half a scoop because it has beta alanine you Will feel little bit tingling in your body. This is a potent pre workout. Not very heavy on the caffeine but the beta alanine is extremely effective. However, for some people, the beta alanine may be too strong and it may result in one's face feeling flushed and intense tingling all over. Otherwise this product is very good providing energy through out the workout.

A pre-workout which tastes really good and does what it says. Although keep in mind it hits differently for different people due to difference in caffeine tolerance. I recommend you cycle off of it for a month for every 2-3 months when you consume it. Overall amazing for the price.

I have used many pre workout supplements in the last 10 years but this one is crazy. I don’t know if I have an allergy to it or it’s something too potent. With half a scoop, I get the huge disturbing tingling sensation common with beta Alenine and my skin turns red near my arms and neck. Seeing the contents, I am assuming that every ingredient is mixed in an extremely good dosage. I personally think it’s quite dangerous. No other pre workout I used ever affected me negatively. Be very careful and start with little. I will be throwing this animal in the dustbin. It’s way too risky.
