The product gives you a boost which ive seldom seen with other preworkouts including C4. The Fruit Punch flavour is easily mixed in water and easy to drink as well. Would totally recommend especially for the price. Total value for money, just dont take a whole scoop on your first time or you will be tingling like Spiderman.

The disclaimer is very very important. Don't consume a whole scoop the very first day. It is very powerful. I was knocked on my ass after consuming a full scoop the first day even though I have been using pre-workouts for more than 3 years now. The tingling effect of Beta-alanine is overwhelming. Now Iam down to half a scoop and even though it is quite uncomfortable the initial 30 minutes or so, once it settles down, it is truly amazing. It will help you push through your workouts effortlessly. Go for it.
