This is the first time I tried a supplement combining Caffeine and L Theanine. Despite having seven hours of sleep in the night and waking up and exercising, and feeling pumped up and ready to go, I feel my waking state level go down after taking this tablet. I feel relaxed and ready to sleep, not alert and ready to code.
