I have used up two bottles of this and I should say this product has surprised me. My hair and skin showed improvement and so did the nails as it grew considerably faster. Im hopeful it did something good for my heart vessels owing to its CoQ10 component. It is very easy to swallow too. Overall it is a good product is what I felt and value for money. I recommend this.

This has lactose in it & they have not mentioned it in the pic or the ingredient list. And Silkrute customer service says that one has to go to Healthvit site & check the ingredients and Silkrute is not responsible for return or refund.
