I usually have 1 tablet everyday after my breakfast in the morning and 1 tablet post noon meal. At times i am in hurry to leave for work and miss breakfast but i always carry Vitalize along with me in my bag. Refreshing orange flavour is excellent to taste and makes me feel very good. The first set which i ordered the main and only issue was the bottom tablets kept on breaking because of constant flipping of the bottle to take out the tablets. So 1-2 waste tablets per pack. But taste and fun factor is good, nutrient profile is fine too.Now the new 20x3 pack i ordered, all sealed packs but every single one of them is spoiled by moisture. So the nutrients are anyways all lost and the taste and color is also horrible

Tastewise, it is a little tangy and gives the full essence of orange flavor. I don't know if it's a placebo, but it seems like it does work. I'm holding back on 1 star because of its price. I have ordered it multiple times, and other than some cracked tablets, there are no complaints yet. Overall, it was quite nice.
