Not as great as I expected it to be. I don't drink in one go so that may be the reason so not reducing the rating too much. I use it during my 1.5 hours workout, taking a few sips, and the result is OK - not great i.e. I don't feel dizzy / weak (so it does work) but does not also feel as energized too.

I find Lime & Lemon to be the best flavour out of the rang. I sweat a lot and get dehydrated easily. When I go on a long run, I mix 2 tablets in 500 mL of water and it works very well for me. Similarly, on bicycle rides I mix 2 tablets in a 750 mL bottle. Note - the packaging seems to have changed, it is now different from the Silkrute product picture.
