Great for longer runs, replenish the energy and lets you run further and longer. Only caveat is that, too much of it, and water would slosh around in stomach when you run, so do not use this as replacement for solid food.Taste is good and I have been using it regularly on my longer runs.

I am on diet and feeling dizzy for a few days . Dr Brig on you tube suggested electrolyte drink. I tried this one and within no time my head felt good. I never thought it could be so effective. May be all other similar drinks are but I tried this one
