Not as great as I expected it to be. I don't drink in one go so that may be the reason so not reducing the rating too much. I use it during my 1.5 hours workout, taking a few sips, and the result is OK - not great i.e. I don't feel dizzy / weak (so it does work) but does not also feel as energized too.
