I was unwell and asked the UPS delivery person to bring the package to my apartment. Unfortunately, they seemed unwilling. I had to descend to the ground floor and found the delivery person waiting by the elevator. When I inquired why they hadn't come to the 9th floor, they engaged in a heated argument and used offensive language. Due to this unpleasant experience, I intend to avoid this delivery platform in the future for shipping-related issues.
