it have been using dabur Braham rasayana for 10 days. i recently purchased it. when i started taking this one spoon at empty stomach every morning, then my teeths are pain when i was consuming. coming to the taste it is Worst you cannot expect that kind of taste very hard to chew the Dabur brahma rasayan. I didn't get any change and still im consuming.This is my only personal experience and there's no rule that it can work for all. It may work vary person to person

Well just got it today! didn't use it...but everything is cool except that the product shipped by Vishal Enterprises from Kota send me Sept. 2015 dated product, which is like short of 20 days it's one year old and dusty too. So it's a big put off experience for me though it has two years expiry date.
