The overall product is very good and super effective. I am buying it for the second time right now. But I would like the seller or Silkrute to change the Image displayed because on the image on the top right corner it says 1 box and 1 nasal drop whereas you wont receive a nasal drop instead you receive 2 box of tablets (40 each)

Works like a charm. Over the years, my sinus problem was so bad that I had to keep jerking my head from side to side to relax the neck muscles and clear my head. My head used to be "filled and locked" a lot of the time. That vanished within 10 days of taking this remedy. I don't find the nasal drops all that useful for the sinuses, but it works very well if you have a blocked nose.

Having used other medicines of this company and having had relief from those ailments, I assumed this would be good too. Ordered a pack of 2, which amounted to 80 pills. Wasn’t effective in the first month but as it is Ayurvedic, I decided to give it time. Forget getting better, my migraines just got worse. From minor headaches to migraines lasting for days!! After 80 pills, I decided that this was enough time. Will definitely not be ordering or recommending this to anyone.

I am writing this review after one month of my complete courseI took the medicine 2 tablets twis a day for 1 week and next 1 tablet twis a day for 15 days. And it was worked for me....BUT.. now after discontinued that my sinusitis problems are rising agiainSo my opinion is this is not a permanent solution for sinusitis...
