Ya..this is good..slowly it's changes mood day by day..I was stressed of my work and personal problems ?? but this helped me to lower stress..Total experience frm tablet -1st day when I taken I started loosing weight /muscles 2nd day I feel like to sleep but still can't sleep but could concentrate on work...3rd day my stress got much lower then before I used to take..I hope slowly it will improve my all moods .So day by day it's improving my mood...Disadvantage is You will loose some sort of energy during medication better u take shilajith too if u want to do some heavy work before 1 hr of any heavy work.This is actually very good product never thought herbal product would be so effective..Thanks Amazon too for very quick delivery.Will buy again if needed after this..
