First thing first, unlike other protein brands, asitis is not paying anything for reviews.I don’t know why some people have given negative reviews, they have commented about bad taste, thickness of the power. See, this is a meal replacement. You have to treat this like that only.Mix it with ata to make roti, add in oat meal, make mass gainer drink. You can expect this to deliver taste like On or any such whey protein.It’s not whey protein guys ....I prefer to have 1 cup of skim milk, 1 cup water, 1 banana, 20 GMs of soaked oats, 1 spoon of sugar free, small amount of cocoa powder. Mix it in mixer .... ollah.... my pre workout drink/meal is ready.Soy protein are not as fast digestive as whey... so taking this 1hr before your workout is ideal.BTW, it’s digestion is much better than raw whey concentrate.Not writing anything about results be u u can’t get results from only whey protein even if u but the best or most costly one.1. Track ur meals2. Have enough protein, carbs only that u need to maintain energy (no such formula, depends person to person)3. Work hard in gym4. Take rest5. Be patient and be consistent

Directions say, "Add 1 scoop (30g) to 240ml of water". At 1 scoop & almost ½ litre of water, it still has the consistency of Idli or dosa batter.Also, you have to mix a little bit of salt or sugar to it, because the mixture is ???????????? tasteless. So, skip this protein. Unless you want vegan protein only, try paneer or egg white. After consulting a dietitian, of course.
