The flavor is fine. The packaging is fine. However in a box of 18, I expect all 18 bags to be spearmint. I’ve ordered 3 boxes and each time, I’ve only received 15 or 16 spearmint, and 2-3 random other flavors. I’ve tried to reach out to Tea Treasure through amazon and directly via email and received no response from them, so I will not be ordering this product ever again.

Pure Spearmint tea is very good and packaging and tea bags are very good BUT the box contains 2-3 packets of some other flavor which is very disappointing. I did'nt expect this from the brand. It is not mentioned on box that the box may have 1 tulsi spearmint and 1-2 ginger tulsi turmuric tea. As there were only 4-5 bags remaining I reordered the product but then I realized the last 3 tea bags were different and I did not sign up for that so worried what would I get on opening the 2nd pack. But tea is very good. Please dont mix tea's.
