Three bottles were purchased. One bottle has puffed seal. In foid product puffed seal means food is already stale or rotten. Customer service refused return or replacement because more than five days elapsed. The expiry date is 2025. In such a case how can 5 day policy of return be enforced. How will food product survive till 2025 then? This is a ayurvedic medicine and can cause food poisoning if it is already rotten.
