Being it from a reputed Ayurvedic firm, I purchased this medicine for my parents. But the medicine is not at all working on them. I have tried giving them two tablets at a time but it didn't worked. My mother also faced some nausea and ghabrahat. On top, the item is non returnable. Pathetic experience with this product.
