Yes it's good product to control your blood suger. If you drink it on regular basis ,twice a day for over control blood suger otherwise one time in the morning is enough. you will actually feel the difference. My father says it However I did not have blood suger problem so did not taste it yet. I hate karela ;)

Initially I thought the karela part of the taste would be unbearable but totally not the case. Its edible, of course wouldnt taste like some yummy juice but wouldn't leave a sour taste either. Liked by a lot of people I know and ordered regularly.

As per its written information, it seems a good one. Fresh karela are used. But one thing i must say it is over priced. Karela juice wotks only when you drink it every day a year. We cannot afford this one every day bcoz it is heavily priced.

Had to give 3 star as the whole Silkrute pacakaging was ripped to peep inside what was there.. also, the 3ml cap that came with the bottle was broken.. but didn't return as the bottle came sealed..thankfully. the juice however is not bitter n quite nice..so healthy too. But Silkrute delivery should be warned about it..I wouldn't have taken a ripped open package..but since my maid accepted it..I checked it throughly n decided to keep it. Bad in the delivery part..rest fine.
