It's a good digestive enzyme for moderate meal to heavy meal. Take 1 capsule 15 minutes before having lunch/ dinner. If you're taking heavy meal then take 2 or more based on amount of fat, protein and carb.

I was using Cadipan Pancreatin which was effective, but when shifted to this, I found its not effective though higher dosage of Enzymes claimed in ingredients as compared to Cadipan Pancreatin. The contents of Protease, Lipase and Amylase seem to be far less than what is claimed. #FSSAI #Falsecontents

This product really confirmed my symptom of acute pancreatitis I was getting steaorreha, fatty stool and bloating.....which is digestive enzymes insufficiency ordered 2 bottle going to take for 2 more months to fully recover my pancreas.Edit:After successfully used 2 bottles here's my honest review1 bottle worked holy well last around 30 days 2 caps per day servingAnd 2nd bottle?? it was just like gaining someone's trust after they heavily invest on your product then just sell him fake product.It was just filled of flour i think not a single pill digested the food i ate then I bought over the counter pill named pancreatin that again started working with only 1 serving , bloating and gas vanished after taking otc pill.And that otc product is FDA approved and 5-6 times costly than this nutrija product so i think we should not be buying these types of random non FDA approved supplements online its a waste of money just research yourself and get better as u deserve.
