Product is not as labelled.Real shiitake mushroom powder though.But extracts are made with solvents(water and/or alcohol)Kindly boil or cook before consuming. Mushrooms have chitin walls that break down with about ten plus minutes of cooking.Same for their cordyceps militaris extract powder.It’s not an extract. There are broken raw rice pieces in there. Upon cooking, you can chew the remain and figure the rice out.Kindly fix label and add instruction to cook before consuming to avoid stomach discomfoirt
